Schedule of Fees
Client Set-up
$500.00 one time fee
Trust Administration
Trusts with assets up to $5 million: 1% Annual Fee based on the fair market value of all trust assets. Minimum fee of $6,000 per year.
Trusts that exceed $5 million: Please contact me to discuss customized fee arrangements.
Sale of Real Property
A fee of 1% of the gross contract price will apply for trustee work associated with the sale of real property.
Power of Attorney & Other Fiduciary Services
$200.00 per hour for routine Power of Attorney services and other non-complex fiduciary services.
Extraordinary Services
$250.00 per hour for extraordinary services, including litigation and tax matters.
Billing Terms
All fees are assessed quarterly.
The minimum billing increment is 0.1 hour (6 minutes).
Additional costs apply to third-party professional services such as investment management, legal and accounting fees which are billed directly by the third party.
California Statutory Probate Fees
(As established by California law and based on the gross value of the estate)

3% of the next $100,000
2% of the next $800,000
1% of the next $9,000,000
0.5% of the next $15,000,000
Amounts above $25,000,000: As determined by the Court.
