Hourly Services
$200.00 per hour for trust administration, agent under power of attorney, and future trust or power of attorney services.
Extraordinary Fees
$250.00 per hour for extraordinary services, including real estate transactions, litigation, and tax matters.
Minimum Annual Fee
$3,000 per year, billed monthly at $250.
Consultation
Initial Consultations are offered at no charge.
Billing Terms
The minimum billing increment is 0.1 hour (6 minutes).
Additional costs may include administrative expenses and third-party professional services such as legal, accounting, or property-related work.
California Statutory Probate Fees

3% of the next $100,000
2% of the next $800,000
1% of the next $9,000,000
0.5% of the next $15,000,000
Amounts above $25,000,000: As determined by the Court.
