Hourly Services
Trust Administration: $185.00 per hour
Agent Under Power of Attorney: $185.00 per hour
Future Trust or Power of Attorney Services: $185.00 per hour
Consultation
Initial Consultation: $300.00 (up to 2 hours)
Billing Terms
Minimum Billing Increment: 0.1 hour (6 minutes)
Additional costs may include administrative expenses and third-party professional services (such as legal, accounting, or property-related services), as applicable.
Long-Term Trust Administration
For non-court supervised or private trust matters, fees may be structured as an annual percentage of assets under management:
0.85% of total asset value annually
Minimum annual fee: $6,000.00
Additional compensation may apply for services beyond standard administration, including litigation matters, sale or disposition of real property, complex tax issues, contested or complex beneficiary matters, among other matters.
California Statutory Probate Fees
(As established by California law and based on the gross value of the estate)
4% of the first $100,000
3% of the next $100,000
2% of the next $800,000
1% of the next $9,000,000
0.5% of the next $15,000,000
Amounts above $25,000,000: As determined by the Court.
